A photo ID card program has never been easier! To get started all we need from you is your logo and your employee photos.

Send us your logo in a bitmap, jpeg or tif file format. If you don't have your logo on disk then send us your letterhead and we will scan it for you. Next we need your photos!

Below, we have listed some ideas you can use in order to get the best possible picture results. Since some detail is lost during our digitizing process it is important for us to start off with the best possible picture.

Whatever method you are using to gather your photos, please remember to have them labelled with the information you want on your badge. Please print!

Digital Cameras- Dark background. 3 feet from subject. Use a flash. Save pictures as Windows JPEG or BMP files and put on 3-1/2 floppy. Please include list of names with corresponding file names. You can also email your photos as attachments our email address is info@securbadge.com.

Polaroid Instant Film Cameras- Have your subject sitting or standing against a wall. If possible have them in front of a wall painted or wall papered in a dark colour. If a light colour wall is all that is available you can place a blue coloured piece of material or bristol board on the wall. Stand about 3 feet away from your subject. Smile!

35mm Camera- Dark background. 3 feet from subject. Use a flash for best results.

Passport photos - Always a good option. Passport photos can be purchased at your local camera/ photomat store.
